Camping "La Spiaggia" extends itself along the north shore of Lake Trasimeno, in a tranquil area surrounded by nature. The complex, which has 50pitches, is only 800 mts from the historic centre of Passignano sul Trasimeno and has all comforts. Well designed modern sanitary facilietes, with showers and free hot water, disabled persons facilietes, laundry and ironing room, nursery, bar, mini-market, fridge, ample fenced parking area, private beach, play ground for children, table tennis, satellite TV, canoe rental, bicycles and a reserved camper service. All pitches are large and of lawn, are situated in a shaded area with a splendid view over the lake, for an ideal stay for children and adults as well as for nature lovers. The position of the camping site, other than to be in direct contact with the magnificent landscape of the Trasimeno area, allows fast access, both by coach or train, to centres rich in art and culture, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Florence and Rome. For sports lovers, Lake Trasimeno offers canoeing, sailing, wind-surfing; on the surrounding hills, many hiling and mountain-biking trails are to be found. Free stays for children up to 2 years of age. Dogs are admitted.
